Source: The neck white lead is on the toggle's upper outer lug. - Middle: both pickups: Neck Pickup (P90) and Bridge Pickup (both coils) in parallel. Source: Both outer toggle lugs join the middle lug. - Bridge: humbucker: Bridge Pickup (both coils).
